Terms and Conditions for Wash Dry Fold Service

Suitability for Laundering

By using our service, you acknowledge that your clothes are suitable for standard laundering processes, including washing in water and drying with heat. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to clothing that is not suitable for these processes.

Damaged Laundry

While we take every precaution to avoid damage to your laundry, we cannot guarantee against items left in pockets or pre-existing damage. Normal wear and tear on clothing, such as fading, shrinkage, or loss of buttons, may not be your responsibility if it occurs during the laundering process. Pre-Existing Damage: We are not responsible for damage that existed on clothing before it was handed over for cleaning. This includes any stains, rips, or other issues that were not caused during the cleaning process.

Stain Removal

We do not offer stain removal services but can provide a “Color Safe” bleach alternative upon request. We make no claims or guarantees regarding stain removal.

Minimum Fee

A minimum fee applies for both drop-off and pick-up services. Please refer to our pricing guidelines for details.

Pick-up and Delivery Scheduling

While we strive to adhere to scheduled pick-up and delivery times, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Customers are encouraged to be punctual for scheduled appointments.

Unattended Pick-up and Delivery

If laundry is left unattended or with a third party, we are not responsible for items before or after pick-up/delivery. Our records of pick-up and drop-off times are considered accurate.

Allergies

For customers with allergies or sensitivities, please inform us of any specific requirements or concerns regarding detergent or other cleaning products. While we use hypoallergenic detergent, we encourage customers to provide information about any allergies or sensitivities to ensure appropriate handling of their laundry. We aim to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability to ensure a satisfactory experience for our customers.

Credit Policy

At Drop & Roll Co., we take great care in handling your laundry and dry cleaning. However, in the rare event that an item is damaged or lost, our credit policy applies as follows:
 
• We offer compensation up to 3 times the cost of the service for the affected garment.
 
For example, if the cleaning service for a garment was $10, the maximum compensation would be $30.
 
Please note that our policy covers only the cost of the service provided and does not extend to the full value of the item. If you believe an item has been damaged or lost, we kindly ask that you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can address the issue promptly.
